After hosting our first pop-up bar and including this cocktail on the menu, I have been getting constant requests for the recipe.
We created this recipe on a bit of a whim, but after having a few glasses at home it was obvious that it had to feature.
For those of you that haven’t tasted this little concoction, it’s a well balanced drink with a delicious fragrance. A citrusy, slightly herbal tang of lemon balm is complimented by a subtle peppery kick.
